In-Home ABA Therapy
One-on-one therapy in your home, where skills stick because they're learned in real life — mealtimes, playtime, routines and all.
ClearSky ABA brings warm, evidence-based therapy for children with autism into the place they learn best — home. Our BCBAs design every plan, our behavior technicians bring it to life through play, and your family is part of the team at every step.
Founding families welcomeWe're building our first caseload carefully — and we'd love to meet yours.
Every ClearSky program starts with your child's strengths, interests, and goals. Here's how we help.
Three steps from first hello to first session — with honest timelines and updates the whole way.
Reach out for a friendly intro call. We'll listen first — your child's story, your questions, your hopes — and explain exactly what happens next.
A BCBA meets your child, learns what makes them shine, and builds a personalized plan around goals that matter to your family.
Sessions start at home with a caring technician, closely supervised by your BCBA — with regular parent updates so you always see the progress.
Insurance credentialing is underway with major Colorado plans, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid). Join the waitlist and we'll confirm your coverage before you start — no surprises, no pressure.

Nearby and not listed? Reach out anyway — this is our planned launch area, and waitlist families help shape where we grow next.
ClearSky is a new practice — but it's not built on guesswork. Joseph founded it with guidance from experienced ABA operators who have built and run successful practices, and that experience shapes how we operate: building slowly and carefully, with smaller caseloads, closer supervision, and families who actually know their team.
Parents are partners, not bystanders. Your goals shape the plan, and you're updated after every step of progress.
Every treatment plan is designed and closely supervised by a BCBA. Great therapy starts with great clinical leadership.
We measure what matters and celebrate every win — big milestones and tiny breakthroughs alike.
We're hiring our founding clinical team in the Denver metro area — a Founding BCBA / Clinical Director and founding RBTs who want to do this work the right way.
Shape the clinical program from the ground up: small caseloads, real mentorship, and a company built around doing right by families and clinicians.
Bring therapy to life in children's homes. Training provided, close BCBA supervision, and a real growth path toward becoming a BCBA.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the most widely researched therapy for children with autism. It builds communication, learning, and daily-living skills — and reduces behaviors that get in the way — through positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, one small, celebrated step at a time.
Primarily in your home, across the Denver metro area — that's our specialty. Skills learned at home carry into real life naturally. Where appropriate and approved, we can also support your child in school settings in collaboration with their school team.
Our founding service area is the Denver metro. Planned launch communities include Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, Wheat Ridge, and Parker. If you're nearby and not listed, join the waitlist anyway — founding families help shape where we grow next.
We're in our pre-launch phase: building our founding clinical team and completing insurance credentialing in Colorado. Denver metro families who join the waitlist now will be contacted first as soon as we're ready to begin assessments.
ABA is a covered benefit under Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and many commercial plans when medically necessary. Our credentialing with major Colorado plans is currently in progress. Join the waitlist and we'll verify your specific coverage before you start — honestly and up front.
Our founding program will focus on young children — typically ages 2 through 10 — where early intervention makes the biggest difference. If your child is outside that range, reach out anyway; we'll be honest about fit and happy to point you in the right direction.
It depends on your child's assessment and your family's schedule — often 10–25 hours per week for young children, in sessions of 2–4 hours. Your BCBA designs the schedule, your RBT delivers sessions at home, and you get regular updates and parent-training time built in.
Deeply. You'll help set goals, join scheduled parent-training sessions with the BCBA, and receive ongoing progress updates. The strategies you learn carry therapy into everyday moments — that's where the biggest wins happen.
ClearSky is launching in the Denver metro area with a small, careful first caseload. Join the waitlist today and we'll reach out personally when we're ready in your neighborhood.
ClearSky ABA exists for one simple reason: families of children with autism deserve an ABA company that treats them like people — honest about timelines, personal in its care, and small enough that everybody knows your child's name.
ClearSky ABA was founded by Joseph Ettinger, an entrepreneur who has built businesses in the real estate industry. But ClearSky isn't just a business for Joseph — it's personal. His own son receives ABA therapy, and he watched it change his family's life: the progress, the confidence, the doors it opened. That's why ClearSky exists.
Joseph saw firsthand both how powerful great ABA can be and how hard it is for families to find care that feels personal. He saw dedicated clinicians doing life-changing work inside companies that had grown too big to feel personal. Waitlists were long, communication was thin, and families often felt like numbers. And he saw Denver as a community where that need is real — families waiting too long for care that should feel personal.
So he built the kind of practice he wanted for his own son, and he built it for Denver: a small, clinician-led practice launching in the Denver metro area, where BCBAs design and closely supervise every plan, caseloads stay intentionally small, and families are genuine partners. Joseph runs the business side — operations, systems, and support — so clinicians can focus entirely on care.
ClearSky is new — and deliberately so: a fresh practice built on an experienced playbook, with seasoned ABA operators advising behind the scenes and clinical standards set before the first family ever enrolls. Every founding family and every founding clinician is helping us build ClearSky the right way, from day one.
To help every child with autism build the skills for a fuller, more independent life — through warm, evidence-based therapy at home, designed by expert clinicians and powered by involved, confident families.
Parents know their child best. Your goals lead, your voice counts, and you're never an afterthought in your child's care.
Clear timelines, clear coverage answers, clear progress reports — even when the honest answer is "not yet."
We grow carefully on purpose. Fewer families per clinician means closer supervision and better therapy.
We track progress rigorously — and we celebrate the human moments behind every data point.
We're a founding team — one founder in place, and the clinical seats we're hiring for right now. No stock photos of people who don't work here; this is really us.
Joseph is an entrepreneur who built his businesses in the real estate industry — and a dad whose own son has been tremendously helped by ABA therapy. That experience is the reason ClearSky exists: he saw what great ABA can do for a family, and how much communities need more of it. Denver is where ClearSky begins — a community where families deserve care that feels personal, not corporate — and where he's building a small, clinician-led practice: honest, personal, and family-first.
As founder and owner, Joseph runs the business side of ClearSky: operations, hiring support, systems, and family experience. That structure is deliberate — it frees our BCBAs and clinical team to focus entirely on assessment, treatment planning, and care. ClearSky is launching in the Denver metro area with a founding-team model: small, careful, and clinician-led from the very first family.
His promise to families and clinicians alike: "We will never grow faster than we can do this well."
Our clinical leader seat is open — on purpose. ClearSky's founding BCBA will design our clinical program, lead assessments, and supervise our founding RBTs. If you believe great ABA is personal, supervised closely, and measured honestly, we should talk.
The heart of daily therapy. We're hiring our first Registered Behavior Technicians in the Denver metro area — caring, reliable people who want real training, close BCBA supervision, and a growth path in this field.
Whether you're a parent exploring ABA or a clinician looking for a founding role, we'd love to hear from you.
One team, one plan, built around your child. Explore each service below — every ClearSky family gets a program designed by a BCBA and tailored to their child.
Most families start with an assessment — it tells us (and you) exactly what your child needs. Reach out and we'll help you figure out the right first step.
Therapy where life happens. Our RBTs come to homes across the Denver metro area and turn everyday moments — play, meals, routines — into gentle, structured learning.
Communication and language · play and social skills · daily living (dressing, meals, routines) · school readiness · reducing challenging behaviors by teaching what to do instead. Every goal comes from your child's BCBA assessment and your family's priorities.
Your BCBA designs the plan and supervises weekly. Your RBT delivers one-on-one sessions — typically 2–4 hours at a time — and records progress every session. Colorado's EVV requirements are built into our visit process, so every session is documented properly from day one.
When home skills need to show up at school too. We partner with teachers and school teams to support your child in the classroom, where approved.
A child's day doesn't split into "therapy" and "school" — and support shouldn't either. ClearSky's school-based services, delivered where a school approves outside provider support, connect your child's home program with their classroom.
Availability depends on your school's policies and your insurance authorization — we'll be straightforward with you about what's possible in your district.
Therapy is a few hours a week. Family is forever. We coach parents and caregivers to become confident partners in their child's progress.
In scheduled sessions with your BCBA — at home or by video — you'll learn the same strategies your child's RBT uses, adapted to your real routines.
Questions between sessions? Wins to share? Setbacks to talk through? ClearSky families have a real team to reach out to — plus sibling-inclusive guidance so the whole family moves forward together.
Every ClearSky journey starts the same way: we listen, we assess, and we build a plan that's honestly right for your child.
Tell us your story. We'll explain ABA, answer questions, check what your insurance path looks like, and — if we're a fit — schedule the assessment.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst spends real time with your child — playing, observing, and using respected assessment tools — and talks in depth with you about goals.
You receive a clear, personalized treatment plan: goals, recommended hours, and how we'll measure progress. We handle the insurance authorization paperwork with you.
ABA services require an autism diagnosis for insurance coverage. If you're still on that path, reach out anyway — we'll explain the steps, suggest what to ask your pediatrician, and hold your place on the waitlist while you complete them.
ClearSky ABA is a new, clinician-led practice launching in the Denver metro area. Our founding team members won't be employee #4,000 — they'll be the people who set the standard for how this company treats families and each other.
Design the clinical program, lead assessments, supervise RBTs, and grow into the clinical leadership of a company built to do ABA right.
Deliver joyful, one-on-one therapy in children's homes with paid training, close supervision, and a supported path to BCBA.
Our founding clinicians help design how ClearSky works: the assessment approach, the supervision rhythm, the way families hear from us. If you've ever thought "I'd build this differently," this is that chance — with an owner who built this company to listen.
We cap caseloads so supervision is real and burnout isn't the business model.
RBTs get mentorship toward BCBA; our founding BCBA grows into multi-site clinical leadership as we expand.
Sensible schedules, honest communication, and an owner who answers — because retention starts with respect.
Your input shapes our processes, training, and culture — because you're helping build them.
